本地验证（FE 用本分支重新编译 + 重启，BE 已启动）后修了两个回归用例与一处判定，见 e68317cf1d6 / f47ad2328f6：
- hbo_row_count_drift_test: 「版本未变即 live」的捷径此前只对不可比较的行数生效，导致 prune
分区（p1/2）的条目录不到行数比较分支而变成 unknown；现在整表扫描才做行数比较，prune 选择保留版本判定。
- hbo_delete_stale_statistics_test / hbo_persist_internal_db_test: 这两条用例把
pinned 条目挂在 scan root（S{...}）上，而读侧只在 filter/join/aggregate 查找，现在改为 filter root。
- hbo_join_expansion_inject_test: JE key 带上 join type 后，注入需要在 semi join 自己的
key 上做，已按其自身 key 注入并断言 never-expands。
- hbo_max_scans_per_group_test: 修掉 groovy 续行写法（+ 在行首会被当成 unary plus）。
本地 query_p0/hbo 全量：19 个 suite 中 11 个通过，8 个失败全部是 query_p0/hbo/legacy 下从
master 挪过来的用例，它们执行 ADMIN SET FRONTEND CONFIG
('hbo_slow_query_threshold_ms'=...)，而本分支 FE 没有这个 config，与本 PR 改动无关。
