Thanks for the independent reproduction and detailed analysis. Agreed that historical transaction timestamps can also contribute to the oversized delay; the available logs do not establish the exact calculation branch or runtime input. The fix is in apache/doris-thirdparty#419: https://github.com/apache/doris-thirdparty/pull/419. It clamps the original long value before narrowing, addressing both negative indices and incorrectly wrapped buckets. The four tests reported earlier were isolated local tests. We have not yet tested the patched artifact in a live cluster.
