pr #46003 引入的hasNondeterministic
本pr加的hasAliasUdf
原始的树中的函数还未绑定，比如alias udf f()->abs，原始树还是f，需要绑定
alias和Nondeterministic也可能藏在 view 中
所以复用了分析器，保存下来
