## Summary - Remove unsupported `GLOBAL` syntax from BACKUP, RESTORE, CANCEL BACKUP, CANCEL RESTORE, and SHOW RESTORE. - Remove the related privilege, catalog, and workload group properties and examples. - Apply the correction to dev and 4.x documentation in both English and Chinese.
