Problem Summary:
- Add schema_change_behavior for MySQL, PostgreSQL, and OceanBase CDC
streaming jobs. The default evolve mode applies ADD/DROP COLUMN and pauses on
unsupported column changes. RESUME confirms acceptance for one recovery round
after checking target column names. Ignore mode updates the source schema
baseline without target column DDL.
- Allow ALTER JOB to update snapshot_parallelism and snapshot_split_size,
validating the effective MySQL server_id range.
- Add focused recovery, excluded-column, non-column DDL, and ALTER coverage.
### Release note
CDC streaming jobs support schema_change_behavior=evolve|ignore. Unsupported
column DDL pauses in evolve mode; RESUME confirms acceptance for one recovery
round. ALTER JOB can update snapshot_parallelism and snapshot_split_size for
future dispatch and newly generated splits.
