URL: https://github.com/apache/doris/pull/68160

IPv4 and IPv6 string conversion functions accepted an otherwise valid
address followed by an embedded NUL byte and trailing data. The throw variants
succeeded instead of reporting invalid input, while the default and nullable
variants did not apply their configured fallback behavior. Root cause: the
conversion path copied `ColumnString` values into NUL-terminated buffers and
used parser overloads that stopped at the first NUL instead of validating the
complete column value. This change parses directly within each value's explicit
`[begin, end)` boundary, removes the unsafe unbounded parser overloads, and
covers throw, default, nullable, constant-column, and IPv4-mapped IPv6 paths in
unit tests.
