IcebergWriteSchemaContext now pins schema, compatible partition spec and sort order, file format, metrics policy, compression, and data location. Both FE sinks use that bundle, and IcebergTransaction reconstructs DataFiles through the same pinned context after validating that the referenced schema/spec/order definitions still exist unchanged on the fresh table.
