### What problem does this PR solve? Issue Number: None Related PR: None Problem Summary: Update the ASF GitHub collaborator configuration to reflect the current maintainer list. This change removes `freemandealer` and `deardeng`, and adds `yujun777` and `feiniaofeiafei`.
