### Search before asking - [X] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/incubator-doris/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar issues. ### Description Only query can use local cache when reading remote files. ### Use case 1. When calling select on remote files, download cache files to local disk. 2. When calling alter table on remote files, read files directly from remote storage.
