### Search before asking - [X] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/incubator-doris/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar issues. ### Version doris: 1.1.1 and 1.1.2 table : 3 replica ### What's Wrong? When i add new nodes to doris cluster, the data-balance not work.
