audit_log optimization: 1. fix bug: scan_bytes_from_local_storage and scan_bytes_from_remote_storage value is always zero problem https://github.com/apache/doris/issues/51872 2. when enable file cache, scan_bytes should be sum of scan_bytes_from_local_storage and scan_bytes_from_remote_storage 3. when local deploy mode, internal table scan profile should not contain “FileCache” counters. and if disable file cache, scan_bytes_from_local_storage should be equal with scan_bytes ### What problem does this PR solve?
