### What problem does this PR solve?
#### Background
The current metastore configuration parameters are tightly coupled and
difficult to maintain, with inconsistent mappings from user input. This
complexity has led to confusion and reduced extensibility.
#### Changes
Refactored the metastore parameter structure to introduce a unified mapping
mechanism.
User input parameters are now consistently mapped to a single internal field.
Decoupled parameter logic across different metastore implementations to make
the system cleaner and more modular.
#### Expected Improvements
Better support for various metastore types.
Simplified and more intuitive user configuration.
Improved maintainability and easier future extensions.
