### What problem does this PR solve?
Suppose there is a table named **order** partitioned by **dt**, which
contains data from 20240101 to 20250101. If the materialized view is also
partitioned by dt, and the materialized query is SELECT * FROM order WHERE dt
IN (20241229, 20241230), then the materialized view would include all
partitions from 20240101 to 20250101, which is unreasonable. It should only
include the two partitions for 20241229 and 20241230.
