### What problem does this PR solve?
Add network host mode, in this mode container will use host ip and host
ports. These ports are auto-pick, no need user to specify. Then remote fe can
join into the cluster.
But for simple reason, the host mode need to add a remote fe. We add an
option --remote-master-fe(the remote fe address: ip:query_port). When user
creating a new cluster, if special this option, the cluster will use host
mode.
