1 目前存算分离的代码逻辑要求，找不到一个可用的cluster时，必须抛出一个computeGroupException。
2
这个方法调用的上层是物理计划翻译器，方法里抛出异常影响比较大，所以只能转成runtimexception，这个类里的其他存算分离的代码也是转成runtimeException了
