When we use broker to import hive data, the following error occurs：  Although there is a relevant PR that addresses this issue, there seems to be a flaw：https://github.com/apache/incubator-doris/issues/4812  when we use `hive --orcfiledump hdfs://xxx`, shows that it is indeed a 49 byte empty orc file  But in the code logic, the empty file is judged by size==0：  ### What You Expected?
