### Search before asking - [X] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/incubator-doris/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar issues. ### Description sql digest is needed in: 1. Sql Blocking: now we use sqlHash generated by the originStmt, when the conditions change, sqlHash will be different and rule won't work. 2.
