### Search before asking - [X] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/doris/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar issues. ### Version doris-2.0.9-5c2fca80b0 ### What's Wrong? when transfer or trancate a timestamp( in milliseconds) to datetime(seconds), mysql use rounding(四舍五入), while doris truncates directly ### What You Expected?
