### Search before asking - [X] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/incubator-doris/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar issues. ### Description We support create Iceberg external table and database in PR #7391 . When the table schema is changed in Iceberg, we need a interface to synchronize the changes in Doris.
