## Proposed changes 1. If there is exception thrown when doing `transferToMaster` or `tranferToNonMaster`, we should catch it and exit the FE process. Otherwise, the statelistener thread will exit and FE will be in unknown state. The log is still rolling but user can not connect to FE. 2.
