### Search before asking - [X] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/incubator-doris/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar issues. ### Description The routine load job will send tasks to BE to consume data from data source(eg. Kafka). And each task conresponding to a transaction. The next task will be send after the previous task is COMMITTED(not VISIBLE) or ABORTED. And we need to get current running transactions to see: 1. Which transactions are running for this job. 2. What is the status of these transactions? It is VISIBLE? So I decide to add `runningTxns` in `show routine load` result.
