### Search before asking - [X] I had searched in the [issues](https://github.com/apache/incubator-doris/issues?q=is%3Aissue) and found no similar issues. ### Version trunk 237a8ae ### What's Wrong? When handling tablet report from BE, FE will check the storage medium of each tablet, and send STORAGE_MIGRATION tasks for those tablets which is not located on specified storage medium. But if there is no target storage medium on BE, the task will be send anyway, and error will return like: `finish task report bad .... type: STORAGE_MIGRATION ....` So I think we should check if there exist specified storage medium on BE before sending the migration task ### What You Expected? Not sending task if there is no specified storage medium on BE.
