[I] [Bug] the result of 'admin show frontend config' is not correct [doris]

   2.0.4-rc2
   
   ### What's Wrong?
   
   1. I set sys_log_delete_age=3d  and audit_log_delete_age=7d in fe.conf and 
restart fe
   2.  after restart fe,the  values  are not modified

   3. but I if get the value from web(may be get by curl), the values are 
correct
