**Describe the bug**
Delete handler parse condition error, when value contains \n. It generates
-1903 error, when we query tablet and do base compaction. And this
W0903 19:40:43.671677 90527 reader.cpp:574] fail to init delete param.
[res=-1903]
W0903 19:40:43.671686 90527 reader.cpp:319] fail to init reader when init
params. res:-1903, tablet_id:11123, schema_hash:945479433, reader type:0,
version:[0-12]
**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
error log:
W0903 19:40:43.671664 90527 delete_handler.cpp:267] fail to parse condition.
[condition=siteid2=aa
ass x & ? /]
W0903 19:40:43.671677 90527 reader.cpp:574] fail to init delete param.
[res=-1903]
