   ### What's Wrong?
   
   1、hive side:
       alter table hive_test2 rename to HIVE_test3;
       doris side:

   2、hive side:
        create table HIVE_test2 (name string) stored as orc;
        doris side:

         create database DB5;

   doris should use lower case name to execute success when hive side tablename 
and dbname is upper case.
