The jenkins job is not reliable, I'm not sure how to manage that, I usually ignore that like most people. I check Travis test results and smoketests via BO. 4.11 for example is most stable branch where Travis mostly passes along with smoketests. We'll need to put some effort on master to ensure Travis test runs are reliable, this would require either fixing the failing tests or the code that caused that regression.
