Hi Team, @weizhouapache @all We are currently running Apache CloudStack 4.19.0.1. We understand that this issue has been identified as a bug and that a fix has been implemented. Could you please confirm which CloudStack version includes the fix. As a temporary workaround, we have manually updated the HAProxy configuration on the CloudStack Virtual Router to increase the timeouts: timeout connect 50000 timeout client 600000 timeout server 600000 After applying this change, we have tested the long-running call report requests with different tenants, including 1-year report queries. The requests that were previously failing with HTTP 499 are now completing successfully with HTTP 200. We would like to understand the target CloudStack version containing the permanent fix so that we can plan the upgrade accordingly.
