   ### The steps to reproduce the bug
   
   1. Launch a cks cluster with 2 worker node 
   
   2.  CKS cluster in running state
   
   3. Navigate to the instance > worker node > Restore virtual Machine > select 
a differnt template

   ### What to do about it?
   
   Cloudstack should not allow a user to reinstall a vm which is part of a cks 
cluster.
   
   A exception message should be thrown
   
   Similar to the pr
