I tried to copy a VM file in the datastore-15 (datastore1) to datastore-16 (ds-cloudstack) and it was fine. Copied successfully. I have tried to create it twice. 1 VM was stored in datastore-15, another stored in datastore-16. Both can be created then unmanaged just fine.
