### problem
All additional "Compute offerings" don't work.
### versions
ACS - 4.20
XCP-NG - 8.2.1
### The steps to reproduce the bug
1. Create a new Compute offering.
2. Deploy a new VM with this offering.
3. Get error:
No destination found for a deployment for VM instance
{"id":98,"instanceName":"i-2-98-VM","type":"User","uuid":"97431f03-2203-40a7-bf37-10b747d3e735"}.
P.S. Standart offerings work fine.
