Hi @Rubueno Quiesce Instance option is shown when storage of the volume
supports quiescevm (can check in the volume response). Created PR here: #10265,
to have the same behavior of Quiesce Instance option on both "Take Instance
volume Snapshot" ( "Compute" -> "Instances") and "Take Snapshot" ("Volumes") UI.
