@steven3579 if I understand correctly, your original problem is solved with 4.19.1.1 The problem you are facing now is that you are not able to restore a backup from veeam if the VM is deleted. Is that right? Please note that restoring backups of deleted VMs is not yet supported (It is a work in progress https://github.com/apache/cloudstack/pull/10140) But you can do that from the Veeam Backup & Replication Console. Steps : 1. Create a new VM in CloudStack in the same cluster having the same volume/network configuration as the backed up VM. 2. Find the backup disk in Veeam Backup & Replication Console - Start full VM restore 3. Select "restore to a new location" 4. Put the instance name of the new VM in VM location (e.g, i-2-3-VM) 5.
