While creating the recurring volume snapshot rule after multiple snapshots
the old snapshots are not deleted and if we try to delete manually it throws an
error "Failed to delete Snapshot" But the recently captured snapshot is able to
be deleted.

Volume Snapshot -> Select the Volume -> Recurring volume snapshot -> Hourly
-> Select the Timings , Time Zone and the number of snapshots be 1.
After 2 to 3 hours there exits a extra snapshot that need to be deleted but
it is failed to delete.
