   ### Description

   After resizing a volume in the `Ready` state, the usage records of that
volume are still considering the size prior to the resizing.

   Changes were made so that Usage records are created according to the updated
volume size.

   1. Resize a volume in the `Ready` state;
   2. Check the resized volume usage records in the `cloud_usage` table;

   **Before the changes**: the usage records are still considering the old size.

   **After the changes**: the usage records for the resized volume are being
created with the correct size.
