   ##### SUMMARY
   <!-- Explain the problem/feature briefly -->

   Upon uploading the qcow2 volume image (Storage->Volume->Upload volumes from
local) from my local PC, it is expected that the state would display "ready,"
indicating its readiness for use. However, the state always remains unchanged
at "uploaded". This discrepancy occurred even after downloading a functional
qcow2 from Web UI image for experimentation and subsequent upload. Despite
reviewing the CloudStack documentation, I was unable to find any clues
regarding this issue.

   Can anyone please help?
