add cluster from
Infrastructure>Cluster > Add Cluster

This is a bug able to reproduce the issue, when we try to create **zone from
add zone wizard**
We are adding the zone name in the "addcluster" api call
```

The issue is not reproducible is the cluster is added from add cluster
wizard form
"Infrastructure>Cluster > Add Cluster"
