Debian failure caused by backend Jenkins job issue, not related to this PR. EL7 can be merged with centos8 pkging but on EL7 the rpm/rpmbuild versions are less than 4.13 which only introduced support for conditional booleans so we can't merge it. @blueorangutan help -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
