Non-default cdbimport settings for the object layer like "usePrimitives=true",
"meaningfulPkTables=^*$" (and very likely "namingStrategy") are ignored during
reverse engineering.
Additionally the docs seem to be wrong in claiming that "usePrimitives" is true
by default. It is actually false.
