Attached a slightly tweaked version that uses
Uninterruptibles.sleepUninterruptibly instead of Thread.sleep(), and also asks
that the duration units be specified, for the hell of it (supporting s, m and
h)... "duration" seemed a bit strange without it :-)
For the record, and posterity, the switch is actually duration=, not -duration
If you review the changes I'll commit to trunk + 2.1
