org.apache.cassandra.transport.Flusher#queued is consumed by single thread -
Netty even loop thread responsible for the correspondent channel handling, so
we can replace ConcurrentLinkedQueue with more specialized version such as
org.jctools.queues.MpscUnboundedArrayQueue
