   I was wondering about the reasoning behind usage of the `hailocab` fork 
instead of `bitly` upstream and it looks like upstream doesn't allow adding new 
hosts to host pool. So, we can't just replace it because gocql 
`HostPoolHostPolicy` depends on `SetHosts()` API:
