Looks good. I have one tiny nit and one question I'm not 100% sure of;
basically, if we want to exercise the LWW semantics on a static column across
multiple SSTables via SBR we probably need to flush between each static write.
But I'm still not 100% sure that's what we're actually trying to exercise on
that test?
+1 though. Looks good as is.
