Summary: Missing flushing pending events before CDC persisting

After each micro batch in CDC produces mutations, flush has to be called to
ensure all produced events are delivered before we commit the state.
If this is not done, there is a chance of loosing mutations during restarts and
Kafka going down scenarios.
