Description: Currently Simulator tests use Skiplist memtables and do not
have the option to change the memtable type used. We can add the option to
randomize between Skiplist and Trie Memtables to test both configurations.
Similarly, SSTable format, memtables allocation type have been randomized. Also
added explicit logging of randomized options to help debugging test failures,
and multiple iterations for tests to improve configuration coverage. (was:
