I think that CASSANDRA-19022 should be merged to 5.0 already as it was actually
a bug fix. I think that backporting that to 5.0 makes a lot of sense so I will
try to do that here.
One small caveat to that is that CASSANDRA-19022 contains more than just a bug
fix around direct memory - it also brings new output possibilities to that
command as such. The backport should only fix the reporting issue with direct
memory figures and leave out everything else.
