Description:
CEP-53 discusses an approach for conducting safe and efficient rolling restarts
via Cassandra Sidecar. It also discusses updating the current operational job
interface to support cluster-wide operations and storing operational job state
in a persistent storage.
This epic encompasses several stories that contain JIRAs needed to fully
complete this feature. Please take a look at each JIRA ticket for design
discussions on individual parts of the project, while more general design
discussions can take place here.
