Had a discussion about this ticket tonight: now that CASSANDRA-2498 is in
(per-sstable timestamp tracking), some optimizations I mentioned above are now
possible. In particular, if a row matches a clause in the most recent SSTable,
and the column for the clause could not have a higher version in an older file
(by 2498), then the row is a precise (rather than probable) match.
