Spotless can be used, but it’s hard to make its formatting rules match
Cassandra’s existing checkstyle exactly. To simplify and keep things
consistent, we could switch to a standard style like Google Java Format. It’s
well-supported, easier to maintain, and integrates cleanly with CI. Thoughts on
moving in that direction?
