I think instead of testing nightly, it would be better to test on every commit
and every PR. Then we can merge with more confidence directly from the PR.
I can do something pretty similar to the GH actions I'm adding to
cassandra-easy-stress. Here's the PR, in case anyone's curious what that looks

It would be extremely helpful if someone could give a brief explanation of what
needs to run in CI.
Similar to cassandra-easy-stress, I can make the build available as well.
