{color:#000000}Currently, customer can set the sstable size via configuring the
writer option, SSTABLE_DATA_SIZE_IN_MIB. The configuration might diverge from
target_sstable_size in UCS. The idea is to respect the size expectation from
the table schema, unless customer has explicitly set the sstable size via
